LIVE PERFORMANCE
This month, textures presents locally based international acts, Bright Birds & Still Light on Sunday, January 9 from 7-9:30 p.m. at Gypsy House Cafe (downstairs), 1279 Marion st. Denver, CO. Ambient experimental folk project, Still Light, returns to textures for this event along with the secret ambient drone project, Bright Birds (a side project of a local legendary space rock act). This performance is highly recommended as a rare chance to see these acts up close & personal. This event is all-ages with $5 cover charge. http://symbolicinsight.com/textures
ALSO, bios+a+ic will provide live sounds for BUTOH PERFORMANCES on January 14 & 15, 8 p.m. at Wesley Chapel, 1290 Folsom Street, Boulder, CO. This
show will feature Sheri Brown (Seattle) and Sharoni Siegel (Boulder) performing their new duet together, 2 solos by Sheri and Sharoni, as well as a new piece choreographed by Sharoni, featuring local bad-ass dancers: Cheryl Burns, Regan Drouin and Jessica Wheeler. Live music by Wesley Davis (bios+a+ic) and Micha Frayne!!

THE STUDIO
We are also very excited to have finished final production for two upcoming cd releases, sonolumina, "solar logos" (bios+a+ic & bahiya, experimental world IDM) and bios+a+ic, "cloudLanD" (ambient minimal trumpet drones). Both cd releases will be manufactured this month and should be available for purchase in February on symbolic insight.
