Greetings from symbolic insight!
We recently secured a new digital distribution partner to make our music available worldwide on major streaming platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, YouTube Music, Deezer, and more. The majority of our albums will be available on your favorite streaming service by the end of the year by adding 4-6 titles per month starting in June. The first 5 albums available this month are listed below.
bios+a+ic is currently working on three releases for 2023, including the follow up to his naturewave album, 森 with Oasis Ltd. He has also recently begun working with electronic artist, Malus Mons and will begin booking shows as a duo starting in September. If you live near Hendersonville, NC, there is impromptu performance by the duo at the D9 Brewery downtown on June 20 from 6-9 pm. Thank you for your continued interests in independent sound art!

phantasmal force by unbridled sonic Anarchy
The duo of bahiya and bios+a+ic return with a powerful seventh album titled, phantasmal force. It features dark ambient drones with layered textures of violin, trumpet, synthesizers, and theremin. The instruments are heavily effects processed, sampled, and manipulated using numerous technics to create deep atmospheres of sound. The three core epic soundscapes were recorded in the symbolic insight studios, Marshall, NC. Also included are three bonus tracks which were recorded live on the streets of Asheville, NC while busking. The project's sixth album is the first to be pressed to vinyl and distributed by Snapped on the River. Recorded at their home base in Colorado, Microtone studios, these eleven tracks are the gems taken from an epic two day session of improvisational jams. It features Jon Wirtz on organ/clavichord, Brendan O’Donoghue on bass, Kris Nickeson on guitar, Wesley Davis on trumpet/synth, and Joe Sorcic on drum kit. It is less experimental and more funky than prior albums and what dominates this record is vibe. The music is pure vibe and seems to move beyond genre and style to be ‘just is’. This albums cool jazzy grooves create a unique atmosphere, accessible by listeners of all ages which can be enjoyed again and again. This album was created to aid in relaxation, meditation, and sleep. The pulse beat tempo gradually slows down, calming bio-rhythms. The music patiently resolves tonality and gently drifts into the ether. The album was inspired by the clouds in the sky and recorded while living in Nederland, Colorado, based high in the mountains. Primary sound source is multi-effects processed trumpet, re-sampled, and looped in layers, with pulse rhythms and chimes blowing in the wind.

The duo of noisepoetnobody and bios+a+ic emerge from the studio with an epic electronic sci-fi soundtrack. From the first note, the album, chaos out of order, creates a unique other worldly sound with an ominous intensity pushing forward into dark realms. Ambient trumpet washes and spacey synth layers drift and warp, creating a dense ominous atmosphere. Custom sample rhythms push relentlessly forward, glitching, breaking down, and reconstructing into new forms.

Experimental tribal electronic rhythms mixed with numerous acoustic instruments and percussion including, violin, trumpet, flute, vocals, zils, singing bowls, dumbek, and shehnai. Industrial noise with thick synth bass drops, root ethereal sounds and field recordings which capture the listener to experience the Intifada (uprising) of power for the people.
