Greetings and happy springtime to you this April of 2011. This month symbolic insight presents textures, featuring epic live soundscapes from local artists Psybrid (Wiretrap) and Circle Six (entropic advance), at Denver's only monthly ambient showcase. Each performance is a unique musical experience for which the artists specifically create and customize their sound pallet's. Textures is every second Sunday of the month and this next event is on April 10, 7:00 p.m. at The Gypsy House Cafe (downstairs), 1279 Marion St. Denver, CO. This is an all-ages venue which serves coffee, tea, and snacks with a $5.00 cover which we share with the performers. http://symbolicinsight.com/textures

Also this month, we are busy working on the transistor sound art festival line-up and promotion. Thanks to all the acts who have applied to perform and you should receive a confirmation with your performance details in the next week or so. We have added a third night to The Walnut Room, since there has been so many talented projects who want to play, so we will be accepting submissions until April 8, 2011 for those still interested. http://transistorfestival.com/submissions.htm
